Can I please have the on-line clinics button added to our site (www.elkriverbaseball.com).    We would like kids to be able to register for our clinic as soon as possible.

Also - could we please have our "field improvements" button removed.

The Field Improvements button has been removed.  The Clinics button has been added.  I disabled Clinics Registration so nobody would use it before you test it and we make any needed adjustments.  You can test it via:

www.elkriverbaseball.com/clinic_online/test.asp

The payment interface is in test mode.

2 questions:

1.  Is there a way to have on-line clinic registration without paying through the site?  We want to have them pay at the door - but register through the site.

2.  When I tried to register myself for the clinic - my total bill was more than the clinic.  I set the clinic up to be $10, and when I signed up for it - the check out page said Clinic price = $10, amount due = $50.

Yes, it can be converted to check payment.  We simply need to know the list of things you want changed.  As to the amount being greated, it likely charged a late fee due to having an old date in there.

Walk through the feature, send a list of adjustments, and then we'll do that and have it ready for you to use.

It may take up to a week to adjust the feature for you.

Hi,

I have set up 3 clinics in our on-line clinic registration page.   It is a pitching and throwing clinic for 3 different age groups.

I would like all 3 clinics to be set up, so that they do not pay by credit card, but rather pay by check at the door of the clinic.  (Our on-line registration page only needs to be used to sign people up for the clinics).

We are trying to guide people to sign up for this when they register....so the sooner we can have this in, the better.

2 questions:

1.  I have the camps set to be $10.  However, when I check out, it saysSubtotal = $10, but the total is $60.  Do you know what the issue is with this?

Also - will the "Available Spaces" be decremented when someone signs up?

Sorry, it was charging a late fee.  Fixed.

As to the decrement, by default, it only decrements when it knows you have been paid and it only knows that when using credit cards.  We can change that and have it decrement.  However, we have seen many instances where people register and the count goes down and then they never show up and never pay you.  Your choice.  Please let us know if you want it to decrement everytime someone signs up.

Yes, I would like the number to decrement with each person that signs up.  I am happy with doing this manually if there is a way - or if it is possible to just decrement the count once a person registers, that is great too.

Am I able to just mark them as paid?  Am I able to get a list of who registered for the clinic- and keep track of that?

Please log into the site and review the clinic registration feature.  That is the best way to see what you can do.

Please let us know if you want to manually decrement based upon receiving valid registrations or if you want us to program it to be automated.

I would like the openings automatically decremented every time a person registers for the clinic.  Thanks!

OK.  I believe that clinic counts will decrement when parents view the Check Payment page.
