VOLUNTEER NOTES:
1. Each family is required to submit a check for $100 prior to the season starting for volunteering. This check can be postdate to 9/1/2009. If the family completes one volunteer shift throughout the year, the check will be voided and not cashed.
2. You are required to work one shift PER FAMILY (not per child).
Volunteer Exemptions:
a) 1 Head Coach per team
b) 2 assistant coach's per team
c) 1 manager per team
d) Any parent who umpires a game in the Major's league.
e) Any sponsors of $300 or more

Need a Pin Number?:
Each family will be assigned one Pin Number that they will use for as many years as they have players playing for the association. Once you have requested a Pin Number, and one has been assigned, you cannot be assigned another number. If you have previously been assigned a Pin Number, and have forgotten that number, Click Here to have your Pin Number emailed to you. If you still need a Pin Number, and one has not yet been assigned to your family, Click Here and complete the form to request a Pin Number. Please note that you must have an email address to submit a Pin Number.
To Volunteer for a Tournament or Scheduled Event:
- Select the desired Event from the drop-down box.
- Enter your Family Last name and your Pin Number.
- Click the Request Opportunities button. This displays all posted volunteer positions for the selected tournament.
- Find the position, date and time for which you want to volunteer. Click on Volunteer?.
- Adjust your name if required and click on Submit Request.
- You will receive a confirming email that will contain the details of the opportunity you are now committed to.
